KOA Architecture is an independent architectural design and technical consultancy supporting residential, commercial, workplace and mixed-use projects across the UK.
Approach
The practice combines creative architectural design with practical technical expertise, providing support from early feasibility and planning through to Building Regulations, detailed design and construction.
Our experience ranges from home extensions, loft conversions and new-build homes to residential developments, offices, commercial interiors and community projects. We also collaborate with architects, developers, contractors and other built-environment professionals, providing flexible architectural and technical subconsultancy support.
We believe successful design should respond carefully to people, place and purpose. Every project is approached with an understanding of the client’s objectives, the existing context, planning and regulatory requirements, buildability and the practical realities of delivering a project.
Whether developing an initial concept, securing planning permission, preparing a Building Regulations package or resolving construction details, our aim is simple: to provide clear, considered and buildable architectural solutions.
