• email, telephone or message us via WhatsApp: any details you choose to share with our studio
• appoint us for architectural services: the information required to deliver, administer and invoice our services

Our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical information, such as IP addresses and browser type, in access logs to maintain website security, reliability and performance.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and schedule consultations
• prepare fee proposals and deliver our architectural and technical services
• maintain accurate business, design and project records

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your communication is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

Where service providers process data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards and standard contractual clauses are maintained.

How long we retain your information

We retain general enquiries that do not proceed to a project for up to twelve months to assist with subsequent follow-ups. For commissioned architectural projects, correspondence, drawings and contract documentation are retained for the duration required by statutory limitation periods, construction regulations, and professional indemnity insurance requirements.

Your rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including requesting access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, or restricting its processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@koaarchitecture.com. We will respond within one month.
