New-Build Family Home
New-build residential
KOA Architecture was appointed to redesign an existing consented new-build dwelling, developing a revised architectural proposal and securing approval for amendments to the original permission.
The redesign retained the residential use and general footprint while introducing a revised form, layout and contemporary palette. The completed four-bedroom home combines white render, vertical timber cladding and grey slate, with an attached single-storey annexe and detached garage.
Following approval, KOA continued as architectural designer through RIBA Stages 3 and 4, developing and coordinating the information required for Building Regulations approval and construction.
